I have successfully developed branding and positioning for dozens of products and services over the years. Each unique to its market and circumstances, each steeped in research and feedback.


DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY

Over the years I have overseen the implementation of two enterprise SalesForce instances and several Hubspot instances. Each with significant customization to meet the automation, personalization and segmentation needs for an exceptional lifetime user experience.

Included in the tech stack experience is integrating with enterprise systems for inventory management and data hubs like Snowflake and AWS.


Acquisition & Retention

From ecommerce to SaaS applications I have developed robust strategies and campaigns to find, acquire and retain new customers and grow market share. Understanding how the customer wants to engage and then providing multiple options for learning and conversion have been key to the successful growth of the products and services I have managed.
